Deposits and withdrawals: frequently asked questions

Before you deposit

Keep proof of every payment

Save a screenshot or note of three things: the amount, the time and the transaction ID. If the money does not arrive, support needs exactly these three to trace it with the payment processor.

If a deposit has not arrived

1. Wait a few minutes and refresh your balance.
2. Do not send the same payment again straight away.
3. Send your proof of payment to support through the official channel in your account.
